Stat. tit. 58, § 58-1253","heading":"Transfer-on-death, form","body":"An interest in real estate is titled in transfer-on-death form\n\nby executing, acknowledging and recording in the office of the\n\ncounty clerk in the county where the real estate is located, prior\n\nto the death of the owner, a deed in substantially the following\n\nform:\n\n___________________ (name of owner) being of competent mind and\n\nhaving the legal capacity to execute this document, as owner\n\ntransfers on death to ____________________ (name of beneficiary) as\n\ngrantee beneficiary, the following described interest in real\n\nestate: (here insert description of the interest in real estate).\n\nTHIS TRANSFER-ON-DEATH DEED IS REVOCABLE. IT DOES NOT TRANSFER ANY\n\nOWNERSHIP UNTIL THE DEATH OF THE OWNER. IT REVOKES ALL PRIOR\n\nBENEFICIARY DESIGNATIONS BY THIS OWNER FOR THIS INTEREST IN REAL\n\nESTATE. THE GRANTOR HAS THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW OR RESCIND THIS DEED\n\nAT ANY TIME.
