A designation of the grantee beneficiary may be revoked at\n\nany time prior to the death of the record owner, by executing,\n\nacknowledging and recording in the office of the county clerk in the\n\ncounty where the real estate is located an instrument revoking the\n\ndesignation. The signature, consent or agreement of or notice to\n\nthe grantee beneficiary or beneficiaries to the revocation is not\n\nrequired.\n\nB. A designation of the grantee beneficiary may be changed at\n\nany time prior to the death of the record owner, by executing,\n\nacknowledging and recording a subsequent transfer-on-death deed in\n\naccordance with the Nontestamentary Transfer of Property Act. The\n\nsignature, consent or agreement of or notice to the grantee\n\nbeneficiary or beneficiaries is not required. A subsequent\n\ntransfer-on-death beneficiary designation revokes all prior\n\ndesignations of grantee beneficiary or beneficiaries by the record\n\nowner for the interest in real estate.\n\nC.
