Stat. tit. 58, § 58-129","heading":"Contest of petition - Notice","body":"Any person interested may contest the petition by filing written\n\nopposition thereto, on the ground of the incompetency of the\n\napplicant, or may, at any time within thirty (30) days after an\n\nadministrator has been appointed, assert his own rights to the\n\nadministration and pray that letters be issued to himself. In the\n\nlatter case the contestant must file his petition in the court.
