Stat. tit. 58, § 58-185","heading":"Release, application by surety for - Issuance and service","body":"of citation.\n\nWhen a surety of any executor, administrator or guardian desires\n\nto be released from responsibility on account of future acts, he may\n\nmake application by petition to the judge of the district court for\n\nrelief. The judge must issue a citation to the executor,\n\nadministrator, or guardian, to be served personally upon him\n\nrequiring him to appear at a time and place, to be therein\n\nspecified, and give other security.
