Stat. tit. 58, § 58-235","heading":"Citation on suspension - Revocation of letters","body":"\n\nWhen such suspension is made, notice thereof must be given to\n\nthe executor or administrator, and he must be cited to appear and\n\nshow cause why his letters should not be revoked.
