Stat. tit. 58, § 58-24","heading":"Court may compel production of will by one having","body":"possession.\n\nIf it be alleged in the petition that the will is in the\n\npossession of a third person and the court is satisfied that the\n\nallegation is correct, an order must be issued and served upon the\n\nperson having possession of the will, requiring him to produce it in\n\nthe court at the time named in the order.
