Upon the filing of the petition and combined notice, the\n\ncourt shall dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed\n\nby law and the court shall order notice to creditors and issue an\n\norder granting final hearing upon the petition for admission of the\n\nwill, if any, to probate, the petition for summary administration,\n\nthe final accounting, and the petition for determination of\n\nheirship, distribution and discharge. However, nothing in this\n\nsection shall affect the lien upon any property for any estate or\n\ntransfer tax which may be due upon the estate of the decedent.\n\nB. Notice to creditors and notice of hearing upon the petition\n\nfor summary administration and the final accounting, determination\n\nof heirship, and distribution and discharge shall be combined into\n\none notice, referred to as a \"combined notice\". Combined notice\n\nshall be filed within five (5) days from the granting of the order\n\nadmitting the petition and order for combined notice. The combined\n\nnotice shall set forth the following:\n\n1. The name, address, and date of death of the decedent;\n\n2. The name and address of the petitioner;\n\n3. Whether a will exists;\n\n4. The name and address of the personal representative, if\n\nspecified;\n\n5. The name and address of the heirs or devisees;\n\n6. The probable value of the estate of the decedent as set\n\nforth in the petition;\n\n7. The date, time and place of the final hearing;\n\n8. That the person receiving the notice or any interested party\n\nmay file objections to the petition at any time before the final\n\nhearing and send a copy to the petitioner or that person will be\n\ndeemed to have waived any objections to the petition;\n\n9. That if an objection is filed before the hearing, the court\n\nwill determine at the hearing whether the will attached to the\n\npetition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings\n\nare appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed\n\nand to whom the estate will be distributed; and\n\n10. The claim of any creditor will be barred unless the claim\n\nis presented to the personal representative no more than thirty (30)\n\ndays following the granting of the order admitting the petition and\n\ncombined notice.\n\nC. Within ten (10) days of the granting of the order admitting\n\nthe petition and combined notice, notice of the petition, notice to\n\ncreditors, and notice of final accounting, determination of\n\nheirship, distribution and discharge shall be published once each\n\nweek for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper that is authorized\n\nby law to publish legal notices and that is published in the county\n\nwhere the petition is filed. If no newspaper authorized by law to\n\npublish legal notices is published in the county, the notice shall\n\nbe posted in three public places in the county, one of which shall\n\nbe the county courthouse. Within ten (10) days of the granting of\n\nthe order admitting the petition and combined notice, the combined\n\nnotice shall be mailed to creditors of the decedent as provided in\n\nSections 331 and 331.1 of this title. Within ten (10) days of the\n\ngranting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice,\n\nthe combined notice shall be mailed to all persons interested in the\n\nestate of the decedent at their respective last-known addresses.\n\nD. The matter shall be set for final hearing not less than\n\nforty-five (45) days following the granting of the order admitting\n\nthe petition and combined notice.\n\nE.
