At the hearing, the court shall hear objections from all\n\npersons who timely filed objections. If the court determines that\n\nsummary proceedings are appropriate, the court may, after proof of\n\npayment of funeral expenses, expenses of last sickness and of\n\nadministration and allowed claims, issue an order approving the\n\npetition for summary administration, finding that the will has been\n\nproved as required by law, admitting the will attached to the\n\npetition to probate, allowing the final accounting, determining\n\nheirship and the legatees and devisees, if any, of the decedent,\n\ndistributing the property of the estate and discharging the personal\n\nrepresentative and surety or sureties on the personal\n\nrepresentative's bond, or defer such discharge if in the discretion\n\nof the court such deferral is necessary or desirable.\n\nB. The order of the court shall have the same force and effect\n\nas a final decree or order rendered in any other proceeding provided\n\nin this title for distribution of the estate of a decedent.
