Stat. tit. 58, § 58-264","heading":"Borrowing money to pay taxes - Mortgage or pledge of","body":"assets.\n\nExecutors and administrators of estates of deceased persons are\n\nauthorized to borrow money with which to pay the taxes imposed and\n\nlevied by the:\n\n(a) United States upon the transfer of the net\n\nestates of decedents who are citizens and residents of the United\n\nStates,\n\n(b) State of Oklahoma upon the transfer of the\n\nnet estate of decedents by will or the intestate laws of Oklahoma,\n\n(c) United States and the State of Oklahoma upon\n\nthe income of such estates and of the decedents,\n\nand to mortgage or pledge any of the assets of the estate as\n\nsecurity for any such loan.
