Stat. tit. 58, § 58-282","heading":"Appraisement","body":"To make the appraisement, the judge must appoint three\n\ndisinterested persons, any two of whom may act, who are entitled to\n\nreceive a reasonable compensation for their services, not to exceed\n\nSeventy-five Dollars ($75.00) per day, except upon order of the\n\ncourt. The appraisers must, with the inventory, file a verified\n\naccount of their services and disbursements.
