Stat. tit. 58, § 58-3018","heading":"Agent's resignation - Notice","body":"Unless the power of attorney provides a different method for an\n\nagent's resignation, an agent may resign by giving notice to the\n\nprincipal and, if the principal is incapacitated:\n\n1. To the guardian, if one has been appointed for the\n\nprincipal, and a coagent or successor agent; or\n\n2.
