A fiduciary acting under a will or power of attorney\n\nexecuted before, on, or after November 1, 2024;\n\n2. A personal representative acting for a decedent who died\n\nbefore, on, or after November 1, 2024;\n\n3. A guardianship proceeding commenced before, on, or after\n\nNovember 1, 2024; and\n\n4. A trustee acting under a trust created before, on, or after\n\nNovember 1, 2024.\n\nB. This act applies to a custodian if the user resides in this\n\nstate or resided in this state at the time of the user's death.\n\nC.
