Stat. tit. 58, § 58-3109","heading":"Disclosure of electronic communications content of","body":"principal to agent.\n\nTo the extent a power of attorney expressly grants an agent\n\nauthority over the content of electronic communications sent or\n\nreceived by the principal and unless directed otherwise by the\n\nprincipal or the court, a custodian shall disclose to the agent the\n\ncontent if the agent gives the custodian:\n\n1. A written request for disclosure in physical or electronic\n\nform;\n\n2. An original or copy of the power of attorney expressly\n\ngranting the agent authority over the content of electronic\n\ncommunications of the principal;\n\n3. A certification by the agent, under penalty of perjury, that\n\nthe power of attorney is in effect; and\n\n4.
