Stat. tit. 58, § 58-3110","heading":"Disclosure of other digital assets of principal to agent","body":"Unless otherwise ordered by the court, directed by the\n\nprincipal, or provided by a power of attorney, a custodian shall\n\ndisclose to an agent with specific authority over digital assets or\n\ngeneral authority to act on behalf of a principal, a catalog of\n\nelectronic communications sent or received by the principal and\n\ndigital assets, other than the content of electronic communications,\n\nof the principal if the agent gives the custodian:\n\n1. A written request for disclosure in physical or electronic\n\nform;\n\n2. An original or a copy of the power of attorney that gives\n\nthe agent specific authority over digital assets or general\n\nauthority to act on behalf of the principal;\n\n3. A certification by the agent, under penalty of perjury, that\n\nthe power of attorney is in effect; and\n\n4.
