Stat. tit. 58, § 58-3112","heading":"Disclosure of electronic communications content to","body":"trustee that is not an original user.\n\nUnless otherwise ordered by the court, directed by the user, or\n\nprovided in a trust, a custodian shall disclose to a trustee that is\n\nnot an original user of an account the content of an electronic\n\ncommunication sent or received by an original or successor user and\n\ncarried, maintained, processed, received, or stored by the custodian\n\nin the account of the trust if the trustee gives the custodian:\n\n1. A written request for disclosure in physical or electronic\n\nform;\n\n2. A certified copy of the trust instrument that includes\n\nconsent to disclosure of the content of electronic communications to\n\nthe trustee;\n\n3. A certification by the trustee, under penalty of perjury,\n\nthat the trust exists and the trustee is a currently acting trustee\n\nof the trust; and\n\n4.
