Not later than sixty (60) days after receipt of the\n\ninformation required under Sections 7 through 15 of this act, a\n\ncustodian shall comply with a request under this act from a\n\nfiduciary or designated recipient to disclose digital assets or\n\nterminate an account. If the custodian fails to comply, the\n\nfiduciary or designated recipient may apply to the court for an\n\norder directing compliance.\n\nB. An order under subsection A of this section directing\n\ncompliance must contain a finding that compliance is not in\n\nviolation of 18 U.S.C., Section 2702.\n\nC. A custodian may notify the user that a request for\n\ndisclosure or to terminate an account was made under this act.\n\nD. A custodian may deny a request under this act from a\n\nfiduciary or designated recipient for disclosure of digital assets\n\nor to terminate an account if the custodian is aware of any lawful\n\naccess to the account following the receipt of the fiduciary's\n\nrequest.\n\nE. This act does not limit a custodian's ability to obtain or\n\nrequire a fiduciary or designated recipient requesting disclosure or\n\ntermination under this act to obtain a court order which:\n\n1. Specifies that an account belongs to the protected person or\n\nprincipal;\n\n2. Specifies that there is sufficient consent from the\n\nprotected person or principal to support the requested disclosure;\n\nand\n\n3. Contains a finding required by law other than this act.\n\nF.
