As used in this act, \"known creditors\", and related or\n\nsimilar references shall mean those creditors of the decedent\n\nactually known to the personal representative or reasonably\n\nascertainable by the personal representative as of the date notice\n\nto creditors is filed. \"Reasonably ascertainable creditors\" shall\n\nbe those whose identities, last-known addresses and claims can be\n\ndetermined by reasonably diligent efforts of the personal\n\nrepresentative. If reasonable under the circumstances, such efforts\n\nshall include the personal representative's conducting a search\n\nafter the decedent's death and prior to the filing of the notice to\n\ncreditors, of the personal effects of the decedent.\n\nB. The filing of the affidavit provided for in Section 332 of\n\nTitle 58 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall constitute an affirmation by\n\nthe personal representative that reasonably diligent efforts have\n\nbeen made by the personal representative to determine the\n\nidentities, last-known addresses and claims of the decedent's\n\ncreditors in accordance with this section.\n\nC.
