Stat. tit. 58, § 58-332","heading":"Affidavit of mailing or personal delivery","body":"After notice is given as required by Section 331 of this title,\n\nan affidavit of mailing and, if applicable, of personal delivery,\n\nand an affidavit of publication must be filed with the district\n\ncourt clerk. The affidavit of mailing, and, if applicable, of\n\npersonal delivery, shall be made by the personal representative and\n\nshall state words to the effect that the personal representative\n\npersonally, or by and through the personal representative's\n\nattorney, mailed notice by first-class mail to all creditors of the\n\ndecedent known to the personal representative on the date said\n\nnotice was filed with the district court clerk for the county in\n\nwhich the probate is pending. Said affidavit shall also state the\n\nidentities and last-known addresses of such creditors and the date\n\nsaid notice was mailed or delivered.
