Stat. tit. 58, § 58-334","heading":"Signing of claim - Contents of claim - Proof of claim","body":"\n\nEvery claim shall be signed by the claimant or the claimant's\n\nauthorized representative. Every claim which is due when presented\n\nto the personal representative shall state the exact amount claimed\n\nand shall state with reasonable particularity the nature and source\n\nof the claim, and if the claim is secured by a security interest,\n\nmortgage or other lien which has been filed or recorded according to\n\nlaw, a brief description of such interest, mortgage or lien and of\n\nthe collateral covered thereby shall be stated in the claim. If the\n\nclaim be not due when presented, or be contingent, the particulars\n\nof such claim must be stated. The personal representative may\n\nrequire satisfactory vouchers or proofs or other evidence to be\n\nproduced in support of the claim.
