Stat. tit. 58, § 58-338","heading":"Claims filed in court after allowance","body":"Every claim allowed by the personal representative, and approved\n\nby the judge, must, within thirty (30) days after approval by the\n\njudge, be filed in the district court and ranked among the\n\nacknowledged debts of the estate, to be paid in due course of\n\nadministration.
