Stat. tit. 58, § 58-344","heading":"Partial allowance of claim","body":"Whenever any claim is presented to an executor or administrator,\n\nor to the judge of the district court, and he is willing to allow\n\nthe same in part, he must state in his endorsement the amount he is\n\nwilling to allow.
