Stat. tit. 58, § 58-345","heading":"Judgment only establishes claim","body":"A judgment rendered against an executor or administrator, in the\n\ndistrict court or before a magistrate, upon any claim for money\n\nagainst the estate of his testator or intestate, only establishes\n\nthe claim in the same manner as if it had been allowed by the\n\nexecutor or administrator, and the judge of the district court, and\n\nthe judgment must be that the executor or administrator pay, in due\n\ncourse of administration, the amount ascertained to be due. A\n\ncertified transcript of the judgment must be filed in the district\n\ncourt.
