Stat. tit. 58, § 58-346","heading":"Judgments before death, how collected","body":"When any judgment has been rendered for or against the testator\n\nor intestate in his lifetime, no execution shall issue thereon after\n\nhis death, except:\n\n1. In case of the death of the judgment creditor, upon the\n\napplication of his executor or administrator, or successor in\n\ninterests.\n\n2.
