Stat. tit. 58, § 58-348","heading":"Reference of claim to third person","body":"If the executor or administrator doubts the correctness of any\n\nclaim presented to him, he may enter into an agreement, in writing,\n\nwith the claimant, to refer the matter in controversy to some\n\ndisinterested person, to be approved by the judge of the county\n\ncourt.
