Stat. tit. 58, § 58-386","heading":"Notice of hearing on petition","body":"Upon the filing of the petition mentioned in Section 385 of this\n\ntitle, the judge of the district court shall set a time for the\n\nhearing of the same, and the administrator, executor or guardian\n\nshall cause notice thereof to be made by publication in a newspaper\n\npublished, or of general circulation, in the county wherein such\n\nhearing is to be had.
