Stat. tit. 58, § 58-389","heading":"Partnership interests, etc., may be sold","body":"Partnership interests, or interests belonging to any estate by\n\nvirtue of any partnership formerly existing, interest in personal\n\nproperty pledged, and choses in action, may be sold in the same\n\nmanner as other personal property, when it appears to be for the\n\nbest interest of the estate.
