Stat. tit. 58, § 58-412","heading":"Application for sale of realty","body":"\n\nTo obtain an order for the sale of real property, the executor\n\nor administrator must present a verified application to the court\n\nsetting forth that the sale of the real property will be in the best\n\ninterest of the estate and a general description of all the real\n\nproperty except the homestead of which the decedent died seized, or\n\nin which he had any interest, or in which the estate has acquired\n\nany interest, and the value thereof; the names of the heirs,\n\nlegatees and devisees of the decedent, if any, so far as known to\n\nthe petitioner.
