Stat. tit. 58, § 58-421","heading":"Notice of sale at public auction","body":"When a sale is ordered to be made at public auction, notice of\n\nthe time and place of sale must be published once each week for two\n\n(2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper in each county in which any\n\npart of the real property to be sold is situated, and in the county\n\nwhere the order is made and by mailing a copy of said notice to all\n\nheirs, legatees and devisees of the decedent whose addresses are\n\nknown. The real property to be sold must be described with common\n\ncertainty in the notice.
