Stat. tit. 58, § 58-429","heading":"Conveyance and record - Effect of","body":"Conveyances must thereupon be executed to the purchaser by the\n\nexecutor or administrator and they must refer to the order of the\n\ndistrict court confirming the sale of the property of the estate,\n\nand directing the conveyances thereof to be executed, unless the\n\nsale is made pursuant to Section 239 of this title, in which case no\n\nconfirmation of the sale is necessary.
