Stat. tit. 58, § 58-497","heading":"Contract with agent to procure purchaser","body":"The district court may authorize the executor or administrator\n\nof any estate to enter into a written contract with any bona fide\n\nagent to secure a purchaser for any real or personal property of the\n\nestate, which contract shall provide for the payment to such agent,\n\nout of the proceeds of a sale to any purchaser secured by him, of a\n\ncommission, the amount of which must be fixed and allowed by the\n\ncourt upon confirmation of the sale; and when said sale is confirmed\n\nto such purchaser, such contract shall be binding and valid as\n\nagainst the estate for the amount so allowed by the court.
