When a copy of the will and the order or decree admitting\n\nsame to probate, duly certified, shall be produced by the executor,\n\nor by any other person interested in the will, with a petition for\n\nletters, the same must be filed, and the court or judge must appoint\n\na time for the hearing, notice whereof must be given as provided for\n\nan original petition for the probate of a will.\n\nB. Regardless of the value of the estate, any will admitted to\n\nprobate in another jurisdiction may be admitted to probate and\n\nadministered under the procedures prescribed pursuant to Section 241\n\nor 245 of this title.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6217.
