Stat. tit. 58, § 58-541","heading":"Accounting - Waiver - Sufficiency","body":"At the final accounting for settlement of the estate or at any\n\nother time required by the court, either upon its own motion or upon\n\nthe application of any person interested in the estate, the executor\n\nor administrator must render, for the information of the court, an\n\nexhibit under oath, showing the amount of money received and\n\nexpended by him, the amount of all claims presented against the\n\nestate and the names of the claimants, and all other matters\n\nnecessary to show the condition of its affairs; provided, however,\n\nthat if waived in writing by all persons entitled to distribution or\n\nif the personal representative is the sole recipient, no itemized\n\naccounting of income and expenses shall be required in the final\n\naccounting. It shall be sufficient for the personal representative\n\nto state under oath that:\n\n1. All income has been properly received and expenses lawfully\n\nmade;\n\n2. All allowed and approved claims have been paid;\n\n3. All funeral expenses, taxes and costs of the administrator\n\nhave been paid; and\n\n4. The estate is ready for closing.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6428.
