Stat. tit. 58, § 58-595","heading":"Order for the payment of debts","body":"Upon the settlement of the accounts of the personal\n\nrepresentative, at the end of the year, as required in this title,\n\nthe court must make an order for the payment of the debts, as the\n\ncircumstances of the estate require. If there be not sufficient\n\nfunds in the hands of the personal representative to pay in full all\n\nthe allowed debts, the court must specify in the decree the sum to\n\nbe paid to each creditor.
