Stat. tit. 58, § 58-596","heading":"Payment of unmatured, contingent, or disputed claims","body":"Subject to the provisions of Section 5 of Title 46 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, if there is any claim not due, or any contingent\n\nor disputed claim against the estate, the court may direct that the\n\namount thereof, or such part of the same as the holder would be\n\nentitled to if the claim were due, established or absolute, be paid\n\ninto the court, and there remain, to be paid over to the party when\n\nhe becomes entitled thereto, or the court may direct that such claim\n\nbe satisfied in some other manner as determined by the court in its\n\ndiscretion; or, if the party fails to establish his claim, to be\n\npaid over or distributed as the circumstances of the estate require.\n\nIf any creditor whose claim has been allowed, but is not yet due,\n\nappears and assents to a deduction therefrom of the legal interest\n\nfor the time the claim has yet to run, he is entitled to be paid\n\naccordingly.
