Stat. tit. 58, § 58-597","heading":"Liability of representative after order","body":"When a decree is made by the district court for the payment of a\n\ndecedent's creditors, the personal representative is personally\n\nliable to each creditor for his allowed claim, or the dividend\n\nthereon, and execution may be issued on such decrees as upon any\n\ncivil judgment in the district court, in favor of each creditor, and\n\nthe same proceeding may be had under such execution as if it had\n\nbeen issued as any civil judgment.
