Stat. tit. 58, § 58-598","heading":"Rights of creditors not included in order","body":"When the accounts of the personal representative have been\n\nsettled, and an order made for the payment of debts, no creditor\n\nwhose claim was not included in the order for payment has any right\n\nto call upon any creditor who has been paid, or upon the heirs,\n\ndevisees, or legatees, to contribute to the payment of his claim;\n\nbut if the personal representative has failed to give the notice to\n\ncreditors as required in Section 331 of this title, such creditor\n\nmay recover on the bond of the personal representative the amount of\n\nhis claim, or such part thereof as he would have been entitled to\n\nhad it been allowed.
