Stat. tit. 58, § 58-62","heading":"Citations issued to whom","body":"Upon filing the petition, a citation must be issued to the\n\nexecutors of the will, or to the administrators with the will\n\nannexed, and to all the legatees and devisees mentioned in the will,\n\nand heirs residing in the state, so far as known to the petitioner,\n\nor to their guardian, if any of them are minors or adjudicated\n\nincompetents, or their personal representatives, if any of them are\n\ndead, requiring them to appear before the court on some day therein\n\nspecified, to show cause why the probate of the will should not be\n\nrevoked.
