Stat. tit. 58, § 58-635","heading":"Taxes paid before decree","body":"Before any decree of distribution of an estate is made, the\n\ndistrict court must be satisfied, by the oath of the executor or\n\nadministrator, or otherwise, that all state, county, school and\n\nmunicipal taxes, legally levied upon personal property of the\n\nestate, and all income and estate taxes due the State of Oklahoma\n\nhave been fully paid or arrangements satisfactory to the court have\n\nbeen made to secure the payment of same.
