Stat. tit. 58, § 58-64","heading":"Hearing and judgment - New will, admitting to probate","body":"At the time appointed for showing cause, or at any time to which\n\nthe hearing is postponed, personal service of the citations having\n\nbeen made upon the persons named therein, and the required\n\npublication, posting and service of the notices having been made,\n\nand all duly proved, the court must proceed to try the issues joined\n\nin the same manner as in an original contest of a will.
