Stat. tit. 58, § 58-673","heading":"Sale of property unclaimed for a year","body":"When personal property remains in the hands of the agent\n\nunclaimed for a year, and it appears to the court that it is for the\n\nbenefit of those interested, it shall be sold under the order of the\n\ncourt and the proceeds, after deducting the expenses of the sale\n\nallowed by the court, must be paid into the State Treasury.
