Stat. tit. 58, § 58-674","heading":"Agent to render account","body":"The agent must render to the district court appointing him,\n\nannually, an account, showing:\n\n1. The value and character of the property received by him,\n\nwhat portion thereof is still on hand, what sold, and for what.\n\n2. The income derived therefrom.\n\n3. The taxes and assessments imposed thereon, for what, and\n\nwhether paid or unpaid.\n\n4.
