Stat. tit. 58, § 58-709","heading":"Trials and findings - Judgments, how enforced","body":"All issues of fact joined in a probate proceeding must be tried\n\nby the court, and in all such proceedings, the party affirming is\n\nplaintiff, and the one denying or avoiding is defendant. After the\n\nhearing, the court shall give in writing the findings of fact and\n\nconclusions of law, and judgments thereon, as well as for costs, may\n\nbe entered and enforced by execution or otherwise, by the court, as\n\nin civil actions.
