Granting, or refusing, or revoking letters testamentary or\n\nof administration, or of guardianship, or conservatorship;\n\n2. Admitting, or refusing to admit, a will to probate;\n\n3. Against or in favor of the validity of a will or revoking\n\nthe probate thereof;\n\n4. Against or in favor of setting apart property, or making an\n\nallowance for a widow or child;\n\n5. Against or in favor of directing the partition, sale or\n\nconveyance of real property;\n\n6. Settling an account of an executor, or administrator or\n\nguardian;\n\n7. Refusing, allowing or directing the distribution or\n\npartition of an estate, or any part thereof or the payment of a\n\ndebt, claim, legacy or distributive share;\n\n8. Refusing or allowing the release of estate tax liability;\n\n9. An order determining liability for estate taxes made\n\npursuant to Section 268 of this title; or\n\n10.
