Stat. tit. 58, § 58-91","heading":"Nuncupative wills, how proved","body":"Nuncupative wills may, at any time within six (6) months after\n\nthe testamentary words are spoken by the decedent, be admitted to\n\nprobate on petition and notice as provided for the probate of wills\n\nexecuted in writing.
