Stat. tit. 58, § 58-929.3","heading":"Notice of hearing an application - Lands in other","body":"counties.\n\nNotice of the hearing of an application for approval of any such\n\nsale or agreement, or both, shall set forth the date and place of\n\nhearing said application, the purpose of said hearing, contain a\n\ndescription of the land involved and refer to the application for\n\nfurther particulars. Ten (10) days prior to the hearing date,\n\nnotice thereof, together with a copy of the application and all\n\nexhibits thereto, shall be mailed to the heirs, devisees and\n\nlegatees of such deceased person or to the next of kin of said minor\n\nor incompetent. Notice shall also be given by publication one time\n\nin a newspaper in said county. If the leasehold or interest therein\n\nto be sold or included in an agreement covers lands situated in any\n\ncounty other than that in which the probate proceeding is pending,\n\nthen such notice shall also be given in the county where said lands\n\nare located in the same manner and for such period of time as\n\nprovided above. Proof that notice has been given as herein required\n\nshall be filed with the court.
