Stat. tit. 58, § 58-929.4","heading":"Hearing - Appearances - Approval","body":"On the date and at the place specified in the notice the court\n\nshall examine the application for approval of said sale or agreement\n\nor both, and all evidence presented in support thereof and in\n\nopposition thereto. Any interested person may appear and show cause\n\nwhy such application should not be approved. If the court finds at\n\nsuch hearing that the sale or agreement, or both, is to the best\n\ninterests of the estate of the decedent or ward he shall enter an\n\norder approving said application. Where an application covers both\n\na sale and an agreement or more than one agreement, the application\n\nmay be approved in part and denied in part.
