No later than August 15, 2009, and thereafter, each time the\n\nposition becomes vacant, the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code\n\nCommission shall hire an Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission\n\nChief Executive Officer. The Commission may, upon a majority vote,\n\nterminate the employment of the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code\n\nCommission Chief Executive Officer.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission Chief\n\nExecutive Officer shall assist the Commission in the performance of\n\nits duties and shall report directly to the Commission.\n\nC. Commission employees shall be hired by and subject to the\n\nsupervision and control of the Chief Executive Officer or designee.\n\nAll employees are employees of the State of Oklahoma and shall be in\n\nthe unclassified service.\n\nD.
