Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1000.28","heading":"Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission to be designated\n\nthe Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission Revolving Fund. The\n\nfund shall be a continuous fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all fees or payments of any type\n\nreceived by the Commission. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by\n\nthe Commission for the purpose of implementing the Oklahoma Uniform\n\nBuilding Code Commission Act.
