Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1000.31","heading":"Guidelines for family child care and large child care","body":"homes.\n\nThe Department of Human Services shall work with the Oklahoma\n\nState Fire Marshal to develop guidelines that allow family child\n\ncare homes and large child care homes, as defined in Section 402 of\n\nTitle 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes, to operate under the requirements\n\nof the 2018 International Residential Code as adopted by the\n\nOklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission (OUBCC). Family child\n\ncare homes and large child care homes shall not be denied a license\n\nto operate should they comply with the requirements of the\n\nguidelines as established by the Department and the Oklahoma State\n\nFire Marshal.
