The Construction Industries Board shall offer examinations\n\nfor temporary journeyman plumber, temporary journeyman electrician,\n\nand temporary mechanical journeyman at least once every thirty (30)\n\ndays following a declaration by the Governor of this state of a\n\nstate of emergency in response to a disaster involving the\n\ndestruction of dwelling units and shall continue do so for at least\n\nsix (6) months following the declaration.\n\nB. The temporary journeyman examinations shall be neither less\n\nstringent nor more stringent than examinations for regular\n\njourneyman licenses in this state.\n\nC. No applicant for any temporary journeyman license shall be\n\nallowed more than one opportunity to take the temporary journeyman\n\nexamination.\n\nD. No temporary journeyman license shall be extended or\n\nrenewed. Upon expiration of the temporary journeyman license, the\n\nlicense holder shall be ineligible to work as a journeyman in this\n\nstate unless qualified under other provisions of law.\n\nE. The temporary license shall be distinguishable from the\n\nregularly issued license.\n\nF.
